Small batches of ghee are prepared slowly by bi-directional churning in the wooden chambers and then packed in glass bottles in hygienic conditions. This ghee is 100% pure, chemical free, and cruelty-free. The traditional method of preparing ghee gives it a grainy texture and rich aroma.

Step 1: Our collectors collect milk from the Indian cows using the traditional method.
Step 2: The collected milk is converted into curd.
Step 3: The converted curd is then churned with bilona.
Step 4: After the churning process is completed, freshly prepared makhan is separated from the leftover curd water.
Step 5: Makhan is heated at high temperature for more than 4 hours and converted into fresh and authentic ghee.
